About Terry
Dedicated, full-time pet sitter
Hello! I grew up in Charleston, SC, in a home that always had at least two fur babies. My family and I have a deep love for pets and truly believe they are one of the most cherished members of the family.
I'm home full time with only a few errands to run during the week, so I'm able to provide lots of attention and care. In December 2025 we said goodbye to our beloved Samoyed after many wonderful years together. We carry that love into caring for every pet who stays with us.

I provide attentive, structured, and loving care tailored to each pet. Pets in my home are treated like part of the family in a calm, supervised environment, and I follow their established routines as closely as possible to keep stress low.

Serving the CSRA (Central Savannah River Area): Augusta, Hephzibah and Fort Gordon. Care takes place in my home, and the exact location is shared after booking.
Drop-off as early as 6:00 AM and pick-up as late as 9:00 PM. Please stick to your scheduled times, and let me know if you're running late.

What vaccines are required?
Standard vaccines (like rabies, DHPP and Bordetella) are required. You can share proof at the meet and greet, with no upload needed.
Is a meet and greet required?
Yes. A meet and greet is required before every pet's first stay, at least 24 hours before the stay. It helps your pet get comfortable, and it's also when you can share vaccination records. Call, text or email to set one up.
What should I bring?
Your pet's food and any specific treats. Please portion food for each meal or label it with instructions. If your dog is crate-trained for bedtime, crates are available here, so there's no need to pack one. Comfort items like a favorite toy or blanket are welcome.
What pets can you host?
Dogs from small up to 100 lbs, plus cats. Dogs must be crate-trained, and females in heat can't be hosted. There's a limit of 10 dogs per day.
Can you give medication?
Yes. Terry has experience with both oral and injected medications. Please include dosing instructions with your request.
How will I get updates?
You'll get one photo update per day, usually around 2 to 3 PM, and more are happy to be sent on request.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit of 25% of the stay holds your dates. It's arranged directly with Terry when your stay is confirmed.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation 8 or more days before the stay. Cancellations 7 days or less before the stay receive a 50% refund.
